In a world where purpose and passion often feel worlds apart, Brittany Fraction has managed to blend both into a lifestyle—and a mission—that’s changing lives across Bossier Parish and beyond. Originally from the small town of Mer Rouge, Louisiana, Brittany made her way to Bossier in April of 2022, bringing with her not just a wealth of knowledge, but an unshakable commitment to health, wellness, and community empowerment.
A lifelong athlete, Brittany’s fitness journey began early. She participated in many sports and outdoor activities. Brittany excelled in track and weightlifting during high school, and even back then, she found herself naturally guiding others in their own training. It wasn’t until 2015, however, that she made it official—earning certifications from both the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Her motivation? A simple but powerful calling: to help others become the best versions of themselves.
Brittany’s academic path led her to Grambling State University, where she graduated with a degree in criminal justice. From 2008 to 2016, she lived in Ruston, Louisiana, before joining the U.S. Army. Stationed in Georgia for the entirety of her military career, she worked as a logistics specialist before transitioning to helicopter maintenance. In 2022, she was medically retired—but even in retirement, she wasn’t slowing down.
Out of her passion and military discipline came Diversity Fitness, a wellness brand that lives up to its name. "We have no limits to what we do," Brittany says with a proud smile. From chair aerobics and step routines to personalized nutrition coaching and group training sessions, Diversity Fitness embraces all ages, abilities, and goals. Brittany even customizes diets based on blood type and offers targeted mobility training for senior citizens, affectionately referred to as her Forever Young Crew.
Her love for children and a strong desire to create early habits of health inspired another branch of her mission: Kidfit 365. This youth fitness program collaborates with schools and summer camps, encouraging physical activity from a young age. “I love kids. I love making an impact,” she shares. “My goal is to prevent childhood disabilities that stem from inactivity, family history, or limited resources.” With a small but mighty team helping her execute the program, Brittany ensures that each child experiences fitness as fun, empowering, and accessible.
She’s not only a trainer but a community force. You’ll find her in schools working as a substitute teacher, volunteering for local events, and cheering on others in their personal journeys. Whether it's organizing church-based wellness sessions through her third initiative, PurposeFit, or leading daily workouts herself, Brittany walks her talk.
“Fitness isn’t just about physical strength,” she says. “It’s about purpose, confidence, and showing up for yourself and others.”
Though most of her operations are run solo or with small teams, Brittany’s reach and impact stretch far beyond what’s visible. She’s proof that you don’t need a big city to make a big difference—you just need heart, hustle, and a vision that’s as strong as your deadlift.
As Bossier continues to grow, so does Brittany Fraction’s influence—a living testament to what happens when passion meets purpose, and when one woman’s drive becomes a community’s gain.
